Standard Shipping Policy

- This Free, Flat Rate and Standard Shipping Policy only applies to eligible Market Singapore products and brands purchased through this Site. All non-eligible items will be charged Standard Shipping Rates.
- To be eligible for free shipping, orders must contain at least S$200 in eligible products after all applicable discounts have been applied to the order (excluding taxes and other fees). All orders containing less than S$200 in eligible products, will incur delivery fee of S$7.50 and handling fee of S$3.75 for self-pickups.
- Delivery is not available to below:
- Outlying islands and areas such as Kusu Island, St. John’s Island, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Sentosa, Jurong Island, etc.
- MBS, Hospitals, Prisons, F1 Restricted Area, Airports, Cargo Complex, Shipyards, PSA Terminals, Air Base, Army Camps, Government Buildings, Alps Ave, Rifle Range Road, Turut Track, Tanah Merah Coast Road or any specified secured area, etc.
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address for the delivery of the order.
- All orders returned to us due to undeliverability or refusal will be charged standard shipping rates if you request that we reship the order.
- Carrier: Product and literature orders are sent through a company-contracted transport carrier.
- Payment: All delivery charges must accompany the order.
- Change of services: All delivery charges must accompany the order.
- No shipping fee refund will be given should UnFranchise Owners decide to change from delivery to pick up.
- Shipping fee may be applied should UnFranchise® Owners decide to change from pick up to delivery
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free, Flat and Standard Shipping Rate Policy at any time.
- The cost of shipping your order will be displayed at checkout. By completing your order, you are agreeing to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout. If for some reason the shipping cost displayed at checkout is more than what is stated in this Shipping Policy, you agree to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
